HAYDEN SHORTLISTED FOR COMMUNITY CHAMPION AWARD

Aaron Hayden has been shortlisted for the Northwest Football Awards in the PFA League Two Community Champion 2024/25 category.

This follows on from him being named as the club’s PFA Community Champion for the 2024/25 season by Carlisle United Community Sports Trust.

Hayden has attended a wide range of community initiatives since re-joining the Blues in the summer of 2024, showing fantastic enthusiasm for engaging with fans, young and old.

Aaron Hayden said: “The community is at the core of everything Carlisle United represents, and the bond between the city and the club must remain strong.

“For me, the chance to engage with fans and contribute in different ways is always rewarding.

“I am so pleased to be shortlisted for this award."

Carlisle United Community Sports Trust CEO, James Tose added: “It was fantastic that Aaron got recognised for his community work last season.

“However, to be recognised regionally at the Northwest Football Awards is absolutely brilliant and a testament to how he has embraced and engaged with our local community.
