Carlisle United are recruiting a Youth Development Phase Lead (U12-U16) to join the club’s Academy.
The role will lead and manage the Youth Development Phase in line with the club’s Academy Performance Plan, working closely with the Head of Coaching and Academy Manager.
The successful candidate will help deliver the Academy coaching syllabus, support YDP coaches, monitor player progression, organise the games programme and maintain high standards across the phase.
Applicants should hold a UEFA A Licence and FA Advanced Youth Award, with experience coaching within the relevant age groups, ideally in an Academy or player development environment.
A DBS check will be required.
