Carlisle United can confirm that Josh Grant has joined Altrincham on loan for the remainder of the 2025/26 campaign.
Grant, 27, has made 11 Enterprise National League appearances for the club, while also featuring in the Emirates FA Cup.
Head Coach, Mark Hughes said: “This is a really positive move for Josh. The key thing for him is getting regular games and building up his minutes, and Altrincham can provide that.
“We’ll be keeping a close eye on how he’s doing. We’ve also got the option to recall him if needed, so it’s a move that works well for everyone involved.”
The midfielder will not be eligible for selection when both sides face each other later this month.
