Ethan Robson has joined Spennymoor Town on loan until the end of the season.
The deal includes a recall option, allowing the Blues to bring him back if needed.
Robson began his professional career at Sunderland, making his senior debut for the Black Cats before gaining valuable experience on loan at Dundee and Grimsby Town. He moved to Blackpool in 2020, and after a successful loan spell, spent two seasons with Milton Keynes Dons.
The 27-year-old joined Carlisle United in June 2024 on a two-year deal and has made 11 appearances so far. He scored his first goal for the club with a well-taken free kick in the 2-0 victory over Woking on the opening day of the 2025/26 campaign.
Spennymoor Town, based in County Durham, currently sit fourth in the National League North and are hoping Robson’s arrival will strengthen their push for promotion.
Everyone at Carlisle United wishes Ethan the very best during his loan spell.
