Following a 5-2 victory over Boston United this afternoon, the Blues have officially booked their place in the First Round Proper of the Emirates FA Cup.
Goals from David Ajiboye, Josh Grant, Luke Armstrong, and a well-taken brace from debutant Chris Conn-Clarke sealed the result at Brunton Park, ensuring United’s name will be in the hat for Monday’s draw.
It was a strong first-half performance that saw United race into a 3-0 lead, and despite a brief resurgence from the visitors early in the second-half, the team showed resilience and quality to reassert control and put the tie beyond doubt.
The First Round Proper draw will take place live on TNT Sports 1, discovery+, and the TNT Sports YouTube channel, during the build-up to Worthing v Forest Green Rovers. Coverage begins from 6:30pm BST on Monday 13 October 2025.
United will be represented by ball number 52 in the draw.
