Gilliead joined the Blues on loan in September.

He began his career in Newcastle United’s Academy before making his first senior loan move to Carlisle, making this spell his second in Cumbria. During his time with the Magpies, he also enjoyed loan spells with Luton Town and Bradford City.

The versatile midfielder has since featured for Scunthorpe United, Bradford City and Shrewsbury Town, bringing a wealth of experience to the squad.
