This month’s shortlist combines pace, power, and an eye for goal across all areas of the team:
- Harvey Macadam – The powerful midfielder has continued to impress in the Blues' engine room while continuing to be a threat in front of goal, scoring twice in a vital win at Boston United.
- Josh Williams – Williams has made the right back position his own across the month and picked up Man of the Match in the 1-1 draw against Eastleigh, displaying an abundance of pace while effectively combining with Junior Luamba.
- Junior Luamba – With three goals in November, Luamba has become an effective outlet on the right wing for Mark Hughes' side, with bursts of skill and pace causing defences constant problems.
- Regan Linney – A stunning hat-trick against Reading was the perfect start to November for Linney, which he followed up with a match-winning goal at Southend United, while also becoming provider throughout the month, picking up two assists.
