CLUB AND COMMUNITY TRUST ARE SUPPORTING THE CHRISTMAS SHOE BOX APPEAL

shoebox appeal updated

Carlisle United Football Club and Community Sports Trust are supporting the 108 Mealbank Christmas Shoebox appeal.

From Monday 8th December until Wednesday 17th December, CUFC and CUFC CST are proud to be collecting items to support our homeless community over this festive period.

This campaign is run with the support of Tesco Express Carlisle City Centre and Tesco Express Penrith, who are acting as drop-off points for shoeboxes.

Completed boxes can also be dropped off at the club's ticket office for the attention of EDI Lead, Teresa Mulholland.

A completed shoe box consists of:

  • A hat
  • Gloves
  • Socks
  • A pack of biscuits
  • Hand wipes/baby wipes
  • A torch
  • A fold-up bag
  • A tube of sweets
  • A toothbrush
  • Toothpaste
  • Sanitary products
  • Deodorant

Individual items can also be dropped off, as these will be added to shoeboxes by our EDI team and volunteers from the 108 Mealbank.

For any queries, please contact EDI Lead, Teresa Mulholland on 07923244854.
