While the Blues continue their push for promotion on the pitch, Carlisle United are matching that ambition off it with a wide-ranging programme of fan engagement, commercial activity and infrastructure improvement planned for the remainder of the season and beyond.
The main objective is clear this season, promotion back to the EFL, but to help bring fans on that journey and drive it forward, we’re committed to enhanced supporter dialogue and exclusive behind-the-scenes content, major matchday activations, digital improvements and continued investment in Brunton Park.
With strong attendances, encouraging ticket sales and growing engagement across digital and matchday platforms, the club is focused on building real momentum and strengthening its connection with supporters, partners and the wider community as we move forward on the pitch.

Listening to Supporters
Central to those plans is a fan survey which has been published and supporters or potential supporters are invited to complete.
The feedback will directly inform the structure and focus of the club’s fan forum and wider supporter engagement, with key themes shared publicly following analysis, ensuring supporter voices continue to shape key discussions.
Behind the Boardroom
Supporters will also gain unprecedented insight into the ownership of the club through a new run of content in the Behind the Boardroom series.
This was trialled earlier in the season with a written feature involving Jenna Piatak and Nick DeMasi, and since then an editorial from Chairman Tom Piatak in the matchday programme, and a widely published PR piece on the club’s impact of the business community have been well-received by supporters.
A sequence of in-depth interviews with Chairman Tom Piatak and Director Tom Piatak II will reflect on the past two years and outline the long-term vision for Carlisle United, offering fans greater transparency and access.

Inside the Club
February and March will see a host of behind-the-scenes features with players and staff, continuing the club’s commitment to open and engaging storytelling. These include the recently published interviews with Charlie Wyke and Sophie Birnie focusing on the outstanding work of the club’s medical and physiotherapy teams during Wyke’s recovery, as well as insight from Martin Foyle on Carlisle United’s recruitment process and Marc Tierney on his role as Head of Football Operations.
Supporters can also expect continued player engagement through matchday appearances at Brunton Park, fun features, and community and school visits.
Celebrating Our Fans and Community
The popular matchday fan stories will continue, spotlighting local stalwarts, new supporters and international fans from as far afield as Sweden and the Netherlands.
Fan-led features, including lighter, more social-media-friendly content such as Hat Chat, have become a key part of the Club’s storytelling, helping to showcase the personality and humour of matchdays at Brunton Park. Fans with a story to share are encouraged to contact media@carlisleunited.co.uk
Meanwhile, the Carlisle United Community Sport Trust continues its extensive programme of work across the region. Its awards ceremony on February 27 will celebrate some of the most inspiring individuals making a difference in the local community. Those stories will be captured, celebrated and shared with supporters across club channels.
Digital, Retail and Fan Access Improvements
Work is underway to improve the Club’s main website, with a focus on clearer navigation, quicker access to key information and an improved ticket-buying journey. Enhancements will also feed through to the app, retail and ticketing platforms, supporting a smoother and more consistent experience, and helping fans engage with the club more easily across all digital touchpoints.
Email communication with fans will continue to improve, building on the popular Brunton Bulletin weekly email insight.
Alongside this, the club’s retail operation continues to grow, with new products and initiatives proving popular with supporters. A sale is currently running both in The Blues Store and online, while a recently launched Mystery Box has sold rapidly and generated strong feedback across social media.
Commercial and Matchday Experiences
The club is also strengthening engagement with its business community, with a networking event taking place on February 12, alongside two further partner events later in the season.
Matchdays at Brunton Park continue to evolve, with the Fan Zone proving incredibly popular with supporters and families, adding to the overall matchday atmosphere. Supporters can also look forward to one of the strongest ticket offers in recent years at the Southend United fixture on March 7.
Alongside excellent value pricing and prizes, the day will feature stadium tours, live music, former players in attendance and a full programme of family-friendly activities before the 5.30pm kick-off.
The club’s media team has also enhanced its matchday coverage, producing new video content and social-first formats that capture both the action on the pitch and the wider supporter experience, allowing fans unable to attend to stay connected or relive key moments.
Investing in the Future
Behind the scenes, the club is listening to fan feedback through weekly matchday surveys, inspiration from other clubs, and staff and player feedback to inform its continued plan of improvements to Brunton Park, balancing this with the focus on promotion. This includes upgrades to facilities for supporters, staff, players and commercial partners.
Chairman Tom Piatak said: “As results on the pitch improve, it is vital that the whole club continues to move forward together. We are committed to improving the experience at Brunton Park for supporters and partners while ensuring the stadium is fit for the future.
“These plans are about sustainability, pride in our home and giving fans a matchday experience that reflects the ambition of Carlisle United.”
Openness and Accountability
As part of the Club’s commitment to transparency and constructive dialogue, senior representatives from across the Club will be engaging with local media over the coming weeks.
Those conversations will provide further insight into the club’s direction, decision-making and progress, while welcoming informed challenge that helps keep standards high and ensures supporters are well informed.
Looking Ahead
The club will also reintroduce its End of Season Player Awards Evening at the end of April, an event returning after a two-year absence.
In addition, plans are in development for a special project that will pay tribute to some of the greats to have represented Carlisle United over the years, with further details to be shared at a later date.
Head of Media and Marketing Tom Little added: “Our focus is on bringing supporters closer to the club than ever before. Through storytelling, access, digital improvements and live experiences, everything we do is about connection.
“We want supporters to be able to engage with the club easily, whether that is online, on a matchday or through our content, and to feel proud of the direction Carlisle United is heading.”
With momentum building both on and off the pitch, Carlisle United remain firmly focused on progress, engagement and strengthening the bond between the Club and its community.
