Carlisle United are recruiting a Stadium Maintenance Operative to join the club’s Operations team.
The successful candidate will help maintain and develop Brunton Park and associated club facilities, helping to ensure the stadium, training and operational facilities remain safe, compliant, well-presented and matchday ready.
This is a varied, hands-on role covering day-to-day maintenance and repairs, routine inspections, match and event preparation, basic plumbing, joinery, painting and decorating, as well as supporting contractors and wider facilities teams.
Applicants should have previous experience in maintenance, facilities, construction or a property-related role, alongside practical building maintenance knowledge and a good understanding of health and safety. A full UK driving licence is required, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends and matchdays.
The position is full-time and permanent, based at Brunton Park, working 37.5 hours per week. Salary is competitive and dependent on experience. The closing date is Friday 11 September 2026.
