Carlisle United will host a Fans’ Forum on Thursday 30 April ahead of the Enterprise National League play-offs.
The event will take place in the Kingmoor Park Cumbria Lounge and will run from 6pm to 7:30pm.
The panel for the evening will include representatives of the Piatak family, Kerry Jardine, Mark Hughes, Suzanne Kidd, Tom Little, Matt Spooner and Marc Tierney.
Attendance will be allocated across supporters’ groups, season ticket holders, and fans, via the following form: Fans' Forum invitation – Fill in form
Successful applicants will be notified on Tuesday 28th April, please complete the form before 28th April.
The event will be streamed live and also made available for supporters to view afterwards on CUTV and YouTube.
