Carlisle United are inviting fans of all ages to join us for our Spooktacular Open Day today. A Halloween-themed celebration packed with football, family fun, and a few spooky surprises.
The event will take place on Thursday 30 October from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM, and everyone is welcome to attend. So, grab your favourite United shirt or your spookiest costume and get ready for a day to remember. Entry will be via the West Stand near the supporters' car park.
Morning Training Session
The day kicks off with an open first team training session on the main training pitch from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM, giving fans a rare opportunity to see the players put through their paces up close.
Afternoon of Spooky Fun
From 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, the East Stand concourse and Family Zone will be transformed into a hub of Halloween entertainment, featuring:
• Face Painting
• Meet Olga the Fox and enjoy FREE Tote Bag Printing (United Lounge)
• Trick or Treat Stations and Treasure Hunt
• Inflatable CST Challenge and “Big Shot” Competition
• Kids’ Halloween Crafts
• “Game-On” Challenges
• Kickabout in the Neil Centre
• Pop-Up Blues Store
• Fancy Dress Competition – share your costume on social media using #SpookyCUFC for a chance to win a prize
There’ll be prizes, activities and plenty of treats — no tricks.
Meet the Players
From 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM, players will return to meet fans, pose for photos, and sign autographs in the Cumbria Lounge and Pioneer Stand concourse.
Kerry Jardine, Carlisle United’s Commercial Manager, said: “The Spooktacular is one of our favourite events of the year because it brings our players and supporters together in a relaxed, family-friendly setting. There’s something for everyone, and it’s a brilliant way for kids to see their heroes up close. We can’t wait to fill Brunton Park with laughter, fancy dress, and a little Halloween magic.”
