Roy Syla has featured regularly in Woking’s midfield since joining the Cards in January 2026.
The 26-year-old began his career with Barnet, progressing through the academy before going on to spend time with Kings Langley and Hampton & Richmond on loan. He later joined Brentford B, where he made 26 appearances during the 2021/22 season, before spells with Scottish side Ayr United and Albanian club Bylis.
Syla joined Woking following a trial and went on to make 9 appearances during the second half of last season, earning a new deal through to 2027 in the summer. He has also switched to the number eight shirt for the 2026/27 campaign.
The midfielder has played all nine of Woking’s National League fixtures so far this season, scoring twice. He also provided the assist for Matt Ward’s opener in Woking’s recent 5-1 victory over Altrincham.

- East supporters car park at Brunton Park is £5 for cars, £15 for mini buses and £25 for coaches.
- Parking is also available at the rugby club - £5 for four hours, pay & display (carlislerugby.club).
- Local streets operate as disc zones and offer two hours of free parking. Please park considerately, not on double yellow lines or blocking driveways.
