Carlisle United are delighted to announce Macron as the club’s new Technical Partner.
The multi-year partnership will see the Italian sportswear brand supply match kits and dedicated technical collections for the first team, under-18s and Academy.
Macron will develop kits and collections that celebrate the club’s history, identity and sense of belonging, while combining performance, quality and design.
Suzanne Kidd, Carlisle United Finance Director, who has played a key role in developing the club’s kits said: “We are really pleased to welcome Macron as our new Technical Partner.
“This is an exciting partnership for the football club. Macron has a strong reputation for quality, creativity and attention to detail, and we believe they are the right partner to help us create kits and training wear that our players, staff and supporters can be proud of.
“Looking ahead, the new Macron kits are beautiful and we are confident they will be something our fans can be really proud of. We cannot wait to showcase them in the coming weeks.
“We have also listened to supporter feedback in both the design and delivery of the kit, and are pleased that ladies’ sizes will be available as part of the new range.”
Following a competitive process after the club’s previous agreement with Kitlocker came to an end, Macron emerged as the strongest choice for the next stage of the club’s retail and kit development.
Suzanne added: “We would also like to place on record our thanks to Kitlocker and Umbro for their work with the club. Their support, brilliant delivery and eye-catching designs have played an important part in improving retail performance and giving supporters products they have been proud to wear.
“Carlisle United has a proud history, a strong identity and a deep connection with the city and county it represents. We look forward to working closely with Macron to bring that to life through the new range.”

Further details on the launch of the 2026/27 Carlisle United kits and training wear will be announced in due course, once final delivery timelines – which have been impacted by the Middle East conflict - have been confirmed.
