Saturday's home tie against Eastleigh FC was the club's designated International Men's Day fixture.
Inspirational men from across the community attended Saturday's game to mark the occasion, all of whom have a profound impact on the work that the club does within the community.
They were as follows:
Andy Steele
Andy was a paratrooper in the British Parachute Regiment in the 1980s and, after leaving the military, served as a firefighter with Cumbria Fire and Rescue for sixteen years.
Through his full-time practice, workshops and talks, Andy has dedicated his life to helping others break free from trauma, anxiety and stress, and to rediscover hope.

Jeff served as part of the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers from 1979 until 2017. This included tours of duty in the Falklands, Northern Ireland and Cyprus as part of the United Nations.
Having left the military in 2017 and moved to Carlisle in 2022, Jeff is now Standard Bearer for the Carlisle and Stanwix branch of the Royal British Legion. He is also the secretary of the branch and represents them at meetings in all areas of the community and county.

They are all strong advocates for mental health provision and support our EDI initiatives throughout the football calendar, such as championing support for disabled fans.
EDI Lead for Carlisle United and CUFC CST, Teresa Mulholland, added: "As part of International Men's Day, we were honoured to welcome a group of truly inspirational men.
"Each of them supports our community in powerful and meaningful ways - from serving their country and supporting veterans, to providing vital mental health support, giving our community a voice through local radio, and shining a spotlight on projects that make a real difference.
"Their contributions reflect the very best of our community, and we are proud to celebrate them."
