Carlisle United’s Family Zone will be in full swing again this season with hundreds of children and youngsters making use of what is a fantastic facility in the East Stand.
The Family Zone opens at 1.30pm on a Saturday match day, and at 6.30pm for an evening fixture, and provides a fun place to meet new friends and play games ahead of the big match action.
The Zone is open through to half time and, with staff in place to keep an eye on things, gives a safe and secure environment where children of all ages can relax.
Accessed via the main concourse in the East Stand, the Family Zone has Xbox games consoles, football play areas, TV screens, an arts and crafts zone and a superb sensory area, suitable for autistic children.
Please note – section 7 of the East Stand is the preferred seated area for users of our Family Zone, but families and children from any area of the stand can use our Family Zone facility.
Family Zone timings:
Saturday Match Days
1.30pm – Family Zone opens.
2.30pm [approximately] – Players visit the Family Zone with Olga the Fluffy Club Mascot to meet the children – an excellent opportunity to get selfies, photographs and autographs with some of our first team squad.
2.55pm – Fans take their seats for the game – but the Zone remains open [please note, we are not a creche or babysitting facility and children must be supervised].
3.40pm – Family Zone stays open for half time fun.
4pm – Family Zone closes.

6.30pm – Family Zone opens.

Refreshments are available at the kiosks located in East Stand main concourse, ranging from soft drinks, sweets and snacks to hot drinks, burgers and hot dogs. And, of course, parents and guardians can enjoy alcoholic beverages from our bar facilities.

To make things even easier on the day - tickets purchased online can be scanned at the point of entry at the stadium from your smart phone, tablet or device. Please ensure you have your e-ticket open when approaching the entry gates.
