The name and address of the supporter will be taken and they are required to return the original tickets, intact, to the main ticket office within 10 days of the date of the fixture. Full reimbursement of the reprinted ticket will then be completed.
Refunds can be given throughout the week and up to kick off of the game in question. Tickets must be returned in full before a refund can be given. Refunds will not be completed after the match has been played.

In the event of severe weather conditions, or other extreme circumstances prior to a match, club officials will liaise with match officials to ensure postponement of the fixture takes place at the earliest opportunity.
