Carlisle United's Academy goal of the month for November is another cracker – with the trophy [sponsored by Carlisle United Supporters' Club London Branch] handed to winner Jonah Lowes this week.
Lead Youth Phase Development Coach John Foley said: “Jonah is a technical central midfielder with an impressive scoring rate for the under-14s, and has also played up with the under-15s.
“As seen in the video Jonah has the awareness and vision to anticipate where the ball is likely to fall, from the set piece, and he then curled a great strike into the top corner, making it a very good winner for last month’s competition.”
