Our ticket office staff continue to work through the process of activating Season Ticket payments, with all fans who will be in seated areas of the ground having been contacted so far.
Close to a thousand supporters have been contacted directly, with the staff moving on to fans who reserved places in our terraced areas this week.
Ticket office manager Louise Banks said: “I’d like to thank everyone for the way they’ve responded to our calls, it’s been great to talk to so many of our fans directly.
“It’s been a really smooth process so far, and we’re really pleased to have now made contact with everyone who will have a seat next season either by phone, by leaving a message or by following up with an email.
“The vast majority of those seated ticket payments have now been processed but, as with any procedure like this, there have been some fans who we haven’t been able activate, due to them being unavailable.
“We’re now moving on to those fans who have reserved standing places in the Warwick or the Paddock, so they will hear from us at some point this week.”
If you are a supporter who has reserved a Season Ticket place in our seated areas, and you missed our call and have not yet activated or made your payment, please call the ticket office on 0330 094 5930 (option 1) at your earliest opportunity so that your reservation can be processed.
Please DO NOT CALL if you have reserved a place in our terraced areas. A member of our ticket office staff will contact you this week on the number you supplied to complete your payment process.
Seated fans who have not yet completed payment – give us a call.
Terraced reservations – we’ll be calling you, take no further action at this stage.
