These tickets will be available by TELEPHONE ONLY from 10am on Tuesday 1 December and are being sold on a first come – first served basis.

Due to Covid-19 we WILL NOT to be selling Salford match tickets in-person.

Our ticket office is closed to members of the public, please DO NOT come to Brunton Park to purchase a match ticket.

The purchase of Salford general sale tickets is subject to the following:

+ You MUST have bought tickets with us before and your name MUST be on our pre-existing match ticket database. We will not be selling tickets to new customers.

+ If we cannot find your details on our pre-existing ticket database, we will not complete the sale.

+ You can purchase a maximum of FOUR tickets for the game, but we will need full details for each person you are making the purchase for. Obviously this includes the all-important postcode. All members of your party or group MUST be on our pre-existing ticket database – this will be checked when you make your purchase.

+ We WILL NOT sell tickets to anyone who lives in a Tier 3 area. Please DO NOT contact us if this is the case.

+ Tickets will not be posted out – when you make your purchase please specify if you would prefer to collect on match day (from the west stand ticket collections window) or if you would like your ticket emailed as an e-ticket. E-tickets will be scanned at point of entry from your phone.

+ By making this purchase you agree that you will not transfer your ticket to a third party. ID may be requested at point of collection or entry to the ground.

+ Away supporters are not permitted at this fixture.

Please note - tickets for the Salford game only are available at this stage!

Telephone sales only

Please do not come in-person – the ticket office will be closed.

Call 0330 094 5930 (option 1) where you will either have your call taken, or you will be placed in a queue.

Phone ticket sales for the Salford game will open at 10am on Tuesday 1 December.

Check your phones – if you have the old 01228 or premium line 0844 ticket office numbers stored – DO NOT use them. You will either be charged a huge amount for your call, with a number that is no longer linked to the club or, if you dial the 01228 number, you will find that our ticket office staff will not be picking it up during this period of sales.

Calls to our official 0330 number are charged at your normal rate.

+++++++

At this point, EVERY fan who either reserved or went through the refund process with their season ticket has been contacted, or a message has been left.

Those already processed have been posted out – many of you should already have them in your possession.

If you do not receive your season ticket card by Wednesday (please take into account the time of your normal postal delivery) contact us on the number above and we will arrange your entry into the game.

Car Parking

Due to ongoing Environment Agency works there is NO car parking for supporters on Wednesday night. Please make alternative arrangements and abide by local parking restrictions and guidelines.

Blue Badge holders or season ticket car park holders have parking available as usual.

Catering

Due to Covid-19 safety mitigations, there will be NO in-stadium catering available for this fixture.

Fans can bring their own food and beverages (non-alcoholic – no cans or glass bottles, but plastic bottles are fine).

The Lakeland Steaks concession will be operating in the west stand car park ahead of kick off and at half time.

Blues Store

Our Blues Store will be open until 7pm on match day – remember we have 20% off all ERREA replica and training kit as part of our Blue Friday Sale promotion.

Toilets

Following feedback received at the Southend test game, we will have additional portaloos situated in the west stand car park. Please use the sanitizers provided when making use of these facilities.

Dug outs

The scaffolding dug outs remain in place and we have structured ticket sales around that fact. If you feel that your view is restricted on Wednesday, please notify a steward and you will be moved to a suitable location.

Face Coverings

Face coverings MUST be worn when moving around the stadium, but can be removed when you have taken your seat or reached your zone. Please let us know if you are medically exempt when you make your purchase.

More information

We will be publishing full information on Tuesday to cover every aspect of your match day experience. Thank you for your patience.

All fans attending our fixture MUST abide by the Fans Code of Conduct HERE.
