Steven Pressley took his first team squad to Lancashire on Saturday as pre-season training stepped up another level.
Strength and conditioning coach Dave Waldie put the lads through a nine-station circuit on the beach before groups of sprints up the sand dunes.
After three lots of circuits and sprints, the lads cooled off with a dip in the sea.
