The big season kick off is now on the near horizon and tickets for the Swindon Town home fixture are on sale now, with savings to be made when purchased in advance.
It’s United’s first opening day home fixture since 2014 and a bumper crowd is expected as the lads look to pick up where they left off with another push for a top seven finish.
Ticket office manager Tarn Simmons said: “With Season Ticket sales up on last year we’ve already seen a real buzz ahead of the new campaign, and we’re all looking forward to it kicking off again a week on Saturday.
“We’d advise people to get their ticket for the game in advance, if at all possible, because we are expecting a good crowd on the day.
"The £3 saving on match day prices is a real incentive for that, and this is a good opportunity to remind people that tickets can be purchased online [this is a 24-hour service] and over the telephone [during office working hours].
“We’re looking forward to seeing everybody once again and to hopefully watching the team push on and going one better from their excellent achievement last season.”
