Please note - supporters are to take extra care when entering the Brunton Park stadium area to purchase tickets. Construction work is ongoing with regular movement of large vehicles and equipment evident, particularly around the main car parking area on the west side of the stadium.
With that in mind, access to the Ticket Office Portacabin will NOT be permitted via the Blues Store entrance on Warwick Road until further notice.
Fans can gain access to the Ticket Office Portacabin via the Pioneer Foodservice Stand [East Stand] entrance on Warwick Road.
Cars - enter via the East Stand junction and follow the road to the parking area at the northern area of the stand. Park your car, free of charge, and follow the path which runs adjacent to the Neil Sports Centre and behind the Waterworks End. Make your way to the west side of the stadium and approach the Ticket Office Portacabin from that direction.
Pedestrians - enter via the footpath along the East Stand side of the stadium and follow the path which runs adjacent to the Neil Sports Centre and behind the Waterworks End. Make your way to the west side of the stadium and approach the Ticket Office Portacabin from that direction.
Queues - during busy periods please queue back towards the training pitch and past the entrance to Foxy's Restaurant - but please allow access and egress for club staff at all times.
We will have three ticket sales windows in operation and two telephone lines will be active. Interest in the York City and Everton fixtures is high, so please be patient when making your purchase. Thank you in advance for your assistance and continued fantastic support.

Please note - to post tickets out to customers who have made their purchase over the telephone there is an additional charge of 75p. All credit cards used will incur a £1 surcharge. The last day tickets will be posted is 5pm on Wednesday 27 January.

In person – come to the main ticket office at the designated time.
Post – send in a cheque for the correct amount, a covering letter and a stamped addressed envelope.
