Resolutions agreed unanimously at EGM
At an EGM of CUFC Holdings this afternoon, the following resolutions were agreed unanimously by all four shareholders:
1 - To set aside the existing shareholder agreement, dated 30 May 2006, which will ultimately be replaced by a new document which reflects the new proposed shareholder agreement.
2 - It was proposed to increase the number of shares in CUFC Holdings by 2,800,000 (£1 shares) which will allow for new investment of up to £1,260,000.
This meeting has paved the way to allow continuation of the proposed new investment which is of great benefit to the football club.
