New ticket system in operation at Brunton Park
A brand new ticketing system will be in use for the first time at Brunton Park tomorrow for the visit of Oldham Athletic – the club’s final scheduled pre-season friendly.
The system, designed to improve club booking and communication processes, has been installed and tested this week and will be live and operational on Saturday as the club gears up for the new campaign.
Sales and Marketing Director Phil King said: “The testing of the system has gone well and we think it’s a real step forward in terms of updating our booking and information systems.
“We now have a period of training for the match day staff and, with that in mind, we would ask supporters who are coming to the game to make their purchase in advance, if at all possible.
“This will help us to bring the system into operation fully and will prevent queues ahead of kick off on the day.”
The main ticket office is open until 5pm today and from 10am to kick off on Saturday.
The Paddock, Pioneer Food Service Stand and away ticket offices open at 1.30pm on match day and will be CASH ONLY transactions.
