Home shirt on sale to season ticket holders on Wednesday
The 2014/15 season home shirt, sponsored for the first time by Virgin Trains, will go on sale to season ticket holders only between 4pm and 7pm at the Blues Store on Warwick Road this Wednesday [24 September].
Season ticket holders will be entitled to a 10% discount on production of their season ticket card – please note, season ticket cards are required for entry to the Blues Store.
And, in a fantastic move from club main sponsor Virgin Trains, the first 250* season ticket holders to purchase a brand new home shirt on Wednesday will be given a free first class upgrade voucher for all standard tickets booked for travel on the Virgin Trains network.
Commercial director Dick Young said: “We’re delighted that our home shirt is going on sale to the fans as there has been a lot of interest, particularly with the link back to the 1974/75 Division One season.
“Virgin Trains have been fantastic yet again. Not only can season ticket holders benefit from the 25% discount offer on advanced bookings, but the first 250 people to buy a new shirt will also get a free first class upgrade. It really could be a case of ‘Arrive Awesome’ when fans combine the new top with the travel offers now in place.”
Remember to bring your Blues Store loyalty card - five stamps earn you £5 off your next purchase (one stamp for every £10 spent).
