Result from the morning fixture
A goal before half time and two more after the break handed Blackpool a comfortable 3-0 victory this morning against a young Carlisle side.
"We were beaten by a good side and I have no complaints about the result at all," youth coach Dave Wilkes said. "We had some key players missing again and that's starting to hurt us at the moment.
"That left us with a young team but the good thing is that they will learn from it. It's a tough period for the lads but they know they need to knuckle down and get through it."
