Enhancing knowledge and perception
Cumberland FA in partnership with Carlisle United Football in the Community are offering a FREE CPD workshop for all those involved or have an interest in Talent Identification in Disability Football (please note the change in date to Thursday 21 March 2013).
The workshop is part of The FA’s commitment to enhancing knowledge and perception of Disability Football within the county, covering themes such as:
+ The FA Disability Talent Player Pathway.
+ What is talent?
+ Classification and identification of players.
+ How to find talented players.

This workshop is open to anyone who is involved with, or would like to get involved in, the current and future disability programmes in Cumberland, including:
+ School game organisers
+ PE teachers
+ Local Authority Sport Development Officers
+ Grassroots community coaches
+ Football in the Community coaches
+ Local disability charities
+ Local disability clubs
+ Local charter standard club coaches
