Ticket office manager Christine Metcalfe said: "We are always keen to take on board feedback from supporters about any new ideas we can implement to improve the service we provide them and the ticket gift voucher is another part of this process.
"We've often had fans in the past say they would like to buy tickets for friends or family members as a birthday or Christmas gift but this can be a problem if they want a particular game as they only go on sale two weeks before the fixture takes place.
"The gift voucher means they can now do this and gives them the option to redeem for a game of their choice rather than restricting it to the games on sale at the time of purchase.
"You can pick any value amount you want for the voucher and can even redeem it against a season ticket purchase. We think it will prove very popular and would make an ideal gift for Blues supporters on any special occasion."

Ticket Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
+ It may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the face value of the voucher on payment of the difference.
+ The voucher can only be used in a single transaction.
+ No change will be given if the purchase is less than the face value of the voucher.
+ The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and is valid until the date shown on the front of this voucher.
+ Lost, damaged or time expired vouchers cannot be replaced.
+ Vouchers cannot be used retrospectively, i.e. applied to orders already placed with the football club.
+ The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless specified by the ticket office.
