Jack Cudworth joined Carlisle United as first-team Goalkeeper Coach in February 2025.

Cudworth started his youth career with Preston North End and, after being released as a player at 18, continued with the club as a goalkeeper coach alongside a non-league playing career.

While playing for Chorley, Nantwich Town and Macclesfield, he continued working towards his coaching qualifications and remained involved in North End's youth and academy goalkeeping set-up before progressing to first-team level.

He later joined Wigan Athletic in 2022, initially working as an academy goalkeeping coach before stepping up to first-team level.

Cudworth also works as Goalkeeper Coach for Chinese Taipei, gaining experience at at international level.
