Bevis arrived at Brunton Park in the summer of 2025.

The commanding centre-back began his career in the academies of Fulham and Southampton before making the move to Yeovil Town.

He later headed north of the border, where he became a key figure in Motherwell’s defence, establishing himself as a reliable presence at the heart of the backline. After spending a season with Anorthosis, Mugabi completed his move to Cumbria.
