Ajiboye joined the Blues in the summer of 2025.

He began his career with Brighton & Hove Albion in 2015, signing a two-year scholarship with the south coast club. During his time with the Seagulls, he gained experience on loan with Millwall’s under-23s and Worthing, before making a permanent move to the latter.

Ajiboye then joined Sutton United, where he played a key role in their promotion from the National League - a success that earned him a move to Peterborough United. While at the Posh, he lifted the EFL Trophy.

During his spell at the Weston Homes Community Stadium, he also enjoyed loan stints with Sutton United, York City and Newport County, before completing his permanent move to Carlisle.
