Jude Smith joined the Blues in June 2024, looking to take the next step in his development after limited first team opportunities elsewhere.

A product of Celtic’s youth system, Jude moved to East Fife as a teenager, making 28 competitive appearances during the 2021/22 season.

Following a successful trial, he earned a move to Premier League side Newcastle United in the summer of 2022. While at St James’ Park, Jude featured mainly in the EFL Trophy and Premier League 2, gaining valuable experience at a high level. He has also represented Scotland at under-21 level.
