The veterans' sessions offer a wide range of services and resources to help participants transition to civilian life while addressing any challenges they may face.
Monthly breakfast meetings, mental health support, physical activity sessions and regular excursions are all ways that CUFC CST aids veterans across North Cumbria.
Thomas Graham are Cumbria’s largest steel stockholders and industrial supplies merchants with a presence in Carlisle since 1892.
They are a family-run business that works hard to ensure all staff feel part of the team, instilling many of the values and standards upheld by the Armed Forces.
