PRE-MATCH
- The West Stand ticket office will open at 10am.
- The Matchday ticket offices will open at 1:30pm.
- Turnstiles will open at 1:30pm – a reminder that under-14s must be accompanied by an adult.
- Meeters and greeters and our EDI reps will be around the ground to help with any fan queries.

COMMUNITY AND SUPPORTER ENGAGEMENT
- EDI Team: Supporting International Day of People with Disabilities. Guide Dogs for the Blind UK and Carlisle Sight Support are in attendance. They will be offering advice and guidance, as well as activities in the Fan Zone.
- Guide Dogs for the Blind UK and Carlisle Sight Support are also conducting a bucket collection.
- There will be a Foodbank collection at the EDI Gazebo in the Fan Zone between 12:00pm and 2:30pm in aid of Carlisle Foodbank's Christmas Foodbank Campaign.
- Carlisle Dance Academy will be performing their Christmas showcase on the Brunton Park pitch at 2:50pm, so be in your seats early for their spectacular show.
- Carlisle United Community Sports Trust: Olga's Matchday Kickabout will take place at the Neil Sports Centre between 1:15pm and 2:15pm. Book your place HERE!
- Carlisle United Supporters’ Trust: Meet representatives at their Gazebo in the Fan Zone for a chat with both Members and the wider fan base.
BLUES STORE
- The Blues Store will be open from 10am – 5:30pm.
- Our pop-up shop will once again feature in the Northern Competitions Fan Zone.

FAN ZONE
The Northern Competitions Fan Zone will open at 12:30pm.
On site will be:

- Coffee Rambler - offering Baileys Hot Chocolate as well as their usual coffee offer
- Shake Waffle and Roll
- Cumbria Roast Yorkshire Pudding
- Greyhound Burger Van
- Chaat & Chai - offering traditional, Punjabi street food – Samosas, Parathas, Paratha Rolls and Biryani Bowls

Other highlights:
- Heineken Draught will be available in the Fanzone for this match – perfect for fans looking to enjoy a cold pint.
- The Away Bar in the East Stand Concourse is now open to home supporters from 13:30 – come and make the most of the extra space!
- Halpy’s and Balderstone Bars are open throughout the game and will close 15 minutes before full-time.
- Glass Bar and Murphy’s Bar open at 12pm
- Au Vodka is available at all bars – just ask for it when you order.
- The Nags Head Horse Box opens from 1pm, serving local favourites from West Walls Brewery – try the Helles Lager or Gold Fool.
- Happy Hour runs until 2pm – get discounted prices on Fosters, John Smiths, Ullswater Blonde, Heineken and Inches Cider.
- The Warwick Road End Fan Zone stays open through the second half and closes at the final whistle – ideal for a half-time top-up.
- Free fresh fruit, generously donated by local supplier Interfresh, is available at the main Fan Zone bars and in the Family Zone in the East Stand.
- Need to skip the queues? Use the Pre-Order Point on the wall opposite Halpy’s in the East Stand Concourse to order drinks for pre-match and half-time. Collect your drinks at the Collection Point to the left of Halpy’s Bar.
HALF-TIME – BIG SHOT
Our half-time game, Big Shot, gives you the chance to win a minimum of £1,000 at every home fixture.
20 lucky fans will step onto the Brunton Park pitch at the break and take one shot at kicking a size five football through a 14-inch hole in the target on the Warwick Road End goal line.
Entry is just £5 per person, with £1 from every entry donated to Carlisle United Community Sports Trust. The remaining £4 goes into the prize pot, which rolls over until it’s won.
PARKING
- Parking is available in the supporters' car park on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Parking is also available at the rugby club - £5 for four hours, pay & display (carlislerugby.club).
- Local streets operate as disc zones and offer two hours of free parking. Please park considerately, not on double yellow lines or blocking driveways.
