Carlisle United made it three wins in a row with a comfortable 3-0 victory over Yeovil Town at Brunton Park.
Morgan Feeney, Luke Armstrong and Ryan Galvin all got on the scoresheet in the first half as the Blues cruised to three points.
Mark Hughes made one change from the 3-1 win at Forest Green Rovers last weekend, replacing Jack Ellis with Josh Williams, while Regan Linney returned to the bench after a spell out of the team.
Feeney headed United into a five-minute lead, meeting Ellis’ cross from the right flank and guiding it into the bottom corner past Jed Ward.
The Blues were awarded a penalty in the 17th minute when Stephen Wearne was upended in the penalty area with referee Michael Barlow pointing to the spot.
Armstrong stepped up and emphatically hammered the penalty to Ward’s right-hand side, doubling the lead.
United were firing on all cylinders, with Wearne taking the ball out of the air and feeding Elliot Embleton, who moved the ball on to Ajiboye to strike wide before he sent a vicious volley from the edge of the box over the bar.
Josh Sims sent a tame header into the arms of Gabe Breeze as the visitors looked to get back into the game.
A precise diagonal pass from Feeney found Wearne, who took the ball on his chest and attempted to lob Ward from the edge of the box, but the effort drifted just wide.
An Embleton corner from the right went all the way through to Mugabi, who tried to bundle the ball over the line, but somehow the Glovers managed to prevent a third United goal.
Galvin scored his first goal for the Blues to make it three in the 48th minute after Ellis had played him through, and the left-back finished with confidence.
HALF-TIME: Carlisle United 3-0 Yeovil Town
United remained quick to regain possession throughout, with Armstrong receiving the ball on the half turn and firing a firm strike at Ward, who diverted the shot wide.
A neat move combining Embleton and Wearne saw Armstrong get onto the ball on the edge of the box, but his strike flew off target.
Persistence from Armstrong saw him bundle through the Yeovil defence, but his shot curled narrowly past the upright.
Regan Linney, on his return to action, played in fellow substitute Hugh Parker, who raced in on goal but shot straight at Ward as the Blues closed out the win.
