The EFL’s Equality Code of Practice reinforces a commitment to ensuring long-term meaningful engagement with supporters.

As part of our EDI commitment and fan engagement, the club is to undertake a yearly equality and inclusion monitoring survey of supporters which aims to help us to gain a broader understanding of our fan base diversity to ensure we are providing the best opportunities and services for those who attend matches.

Results of the survey will be used to refine our Equality Action Plan ‘Stronger Together’ – click HERE to read our EDI equality action plan - and make positive changes to how we operate.

It will contribute to the development of initiatives by the Carlisle United Supporter Groups (“CUSG”) which will allow supporters to work closely with the club on the inclusion subjects.

If you are aged over 16 you can complete the survey by clicking HERE.

With the permission of a parent or guardian those under 16 can also take part by clicking HERE.

The survey only takes a couple of minutes to complete.  We will share the results with supporters in due course.

If you need help in completing the survey, or are interested in joining in with our Inclusion work, please contact Nigel Davidson (EDI Officer) for further information on edi@carlisleunited.co.uk.
