United fell behind in dramatic fashion during added time at the end of the first half at Boundary Park, with Mark Howard having earlier saved a penalty.
But Omari Patrick hit the target shortly after the restart, and Morgan Feeney capped off a good away display when he netted his first senior goal - the match winner - with the last touch of the day.
