Season ticket holders were at the Blues Store in numbers on Friday evening with the queue ahead of the 4pm official opening literally reaching out around the block ...
... with a steady stream of fans showing great patience and a huge amount of excitement and anticipation as they waited to see the strips up close and personal for the first time.
First-team players Ryan Edmondson, Morgan Feeney, Jordan Gibson and Jon Mellish were joined by manager Paul Simpson on the shop floor as they posed for selfies and photographs, and fans young and old were delighted to get to meet some of their heroes as they made their purchases.
Blues Store manager Stef McLean said: "It was wonderful to see the queue when we started to take the screens away from the windows, but it was even better to feel the positivity once everybody got into the shop.
"Both the home and away kits proved to be popular, and time flew by with the shop staff working efficiently throughout to make sure that everybody left with a smile on their face.
"The manager and players were magnificent, they really helped to make it a great atmosphere, and we're now looking forward to our general sales period over the remainder of the weekend and into next week."

We're delighted to confirm that we will have Gabe Breeze, Taylor Charters and Owen Moxon in the store between 2pm and 3pm on Saturday, and Lewis Bell will be joined by Brennan Dickenson and Max Kilsby from 3pm to 4pm.
Olga will also be checking out the new strips in the Blues Store between 12pm and 2pm.
