And second half goals from Dylan Garvey and Charlie Watt earned a good win from a solid all-round performance.
Youth boss Mark Birch said: "It was really pleasing to see the way the lads reacted following the disappointment of Tuesday night.
"They passed it well, they defended when they had to and they looked confident going forward."
