It was back to league action for the under-18 side on Saturday morning with the visit of Bolton Wanderers.
It was a good performance from the young Blues and they were two goals to the good by half time as they turned decent movement into neat finishes.
And a third after the break sealed the points and a deserved victory.
Max Kilsby (2) and Kai Nugent were the names on the scoresheet.
