Following yesterday’s announcement that catering and hospitality has been brought in-house, and that the club is now open for business and bookings, we can now furnish you with more details about what we’re doing as we go forward from here.
Fan involvement
As we have now said a number of times, we cannot make the most of the catering operation without the support and involvement of you, our fans.
Every pound of profit from our catering operations will be reinvested in the club.
Spending by fans in the ground on our catering services will benefit the club more than ever before.
In the recent CUSG fan group meeting minutes [click HERE to read those minutes], we have said that we would like to engage with fans on future catering provision. This will start today!
This evening we will be launching a fan catering questionnaire to get some initial views and feedback.
Please complete it and have your voices heard as we plan and get ready for the return of supporters to our stadium.
In addition, we will be forming a brand-new Catering Panel of fans. The panel will work with us to help us to develop and improve our catering and hospitality operations as we go on from here.
