Season ticket holders who have not requested a refund - and who we have up-to-date emails for - will now have automatic access to home league fixtures on their iFollow account.
Only season ticket holders who paid in full for their season ticket and who have not requested a refund will have access.
Please follow the instructions below to access iFollow.
Season ticket holders
Season ticket holders who have an iFollow account which matches the email address we have on file for them will now have automatic access to home league fixtures.
To check you have access, follow the steps below.
1. Log in to iFollow on the club website
2. Click your name in the navigation bar to get to the 'My Account page'
3. Click the + sign next to 'Purchased Packages'
If you have been granted access, you will see 'Season Ticket - Carlisle United' listed here.
This cannot be checked on the EFL iFollow app.
Please do this as early as possible, we cannot help with these issues once the match has kicked off.
Then, head to the match centre via either the website home page, or the 'next match' link on the iFollow dropdown before kick-off to tune in.
Purchasing a match pass
Please watch the video below and follow the steps to purchase your pass.
The match video feed will start 10 minutes before kick-off.
Google Chrome has been found to be the most reliable browser to watch iFollow.
If you have a phone or tablet, once you have purchased your match pass, please download the EFL iFollow app on your device, then log in to watch the match.
If our ticket office does not have your email address, there is no function to allow you to watch live home games on iFollow.
Please email seasontickets@carlisleunited.co.uk to check whether the ticket office has your current email address.
