Movement and precautions

+ ALL fans must adhere to the Spectator Code of Conduct which can be found HERE. By buying a ticket you are agreeing to do so.  
+ Please follow the one-way systems, signage and arrows around the stadium.
+ Please wash your hands and use the sanitiser provided regularly.
+ You MUST ensure social distancing rules are followed at all times.

Face Coverings

+ We ADVISE that face Coverings should be worn both inside and outside of the stadium, in seats and on terraces.
+ However, it is MANDATORY to wear Face Coverings as follows -
                - when moving around inside the stadium and when not in your seat or terracing position
                - going to, from and inside, all toilet areas
                - queuing at turnstiles, toilets or at any of the catering areas
                - when moving to and from your allocated seat or terraced position
                - when inside the Blues Store

+ WE ADVISE that fans wear a Face Covering when sat in their seat or stood in their terracing position, but this is NOT COMPULSORY.

+ Exemptions will apply – if you are exempt from wearing a Face Covering please request an exemption card from the ticket office.

Toilets

+ We understand that fans may need to use the toilet, but please minimise use as much as possible.
+ Follow signage, arrows and directions from stewards at all times.
+ Be prepared for socially distanced queues at the toilets.
+ Use the sanitiser provided and wash hands.
+ Please maintain social distancing and ensure you are wearing a Face Covering when going to, queuing for, and inside the toilets.

Covid Symptoms

+ DO NOT come to the match if you have any symptoms described HERE. You will be offered a refund, but this MUST be processed before kick-off. Refunds CANNOT be offered later.
+ Before purchasing a ticket, and again before attending the match, carry out your own personal risk assessment, taking into consideration not only your age, health status and clinical vulnerability, but also, if booking for others within your social bubble, their age, health status, and clinical vulnerability.
+ If you feel ill, inform a steward immediately.
+ You may be asked to take a temperature check.
+ A Covid medical room is in operation inside the stadium.
