Entry to the stadium is from 11.30am.

Please collect your tickets as early as possible as we expect both collection points to be very busy in the lead up to kick-off.

If you selected to have your tickets posted out and do not receive them for any reason, please go to the relevant ticket office where your tickets will be reprinted.

Paddock

Tickets purchased for any area of the Paddock will be available to collect from the match day ticket office on the West side of the ground from 9.30am.

Please give yourself as much time as possible to enter the ground – there will be socially distanced queues, please arrive in good time – the closer to kick-off you arrive, the more likely it is that you will be late into the ground.

If you have a ticket for Zone 1 - 11 in the Paddock, please enter via the Paddock South turnstiles next to the Paddock Ticket Office.
If you have a ticket for Zone 12 - 18 in the Paddock, please enter via the Paddock North turnstiles.

Please be aware - fans in Zone 11 may have a restricted view due to temporary dug-outs which are required for social distancing. This will only apply to fans standing at the front of this area, please stand back towards the first barrier in this section.

There is a one-way system within the Paddock. When you enter, please follow the floor arrows and go to the front of the Paddock. Then walk along the front until you reach you allocated block.
Once you reach your block, go up the stairs and into your zone.
When exiting the Paddock, please go to the back of the stand and follow the arrows – you MUST leave via the same end you entered.

You MUST stand in your allocated zone – there is no movement between zones allowed.
Only leave your zone to either exit the stadium or use the toilet facilities – please minimise movement as much as possible, especially at half time.
When you are not stood in your allocated space, YOU MUST wear a Face Covering.
Please maintain social distancing and ensure you are wearing a Face Covering when going to, queuing for, and inside the toilets.
