Carlisle United can confirm that midfielder Canice Carroll has been recalled from his loan spell at Brunton Park by parent club Brentford.
Carroll, 21, joined the Blues in pre-season and made 16 appearances in total.
He scored once for United, a stunning strike in the 2-1 Leasing.com Trophy home victory over Blackpool.
Canice leaves Brunton Park with the every best wishes of everybody at the club.
