As part of the EFL’s partnership with the mental health charity Mind, bespoke ‘On Your Side’ pin badges are available in unique colourways of all EFL clubs so that fans can show their support for better mental health.
The statistics speak for themselves. Suicide is the leading cause of death for men under the age of 50 and every year 1 in 4 of us, men and women, will experience a mental health problem.
That's why we’re asking you to wear an On Your Side badge, with proceeds of badge sales going toward Mind’s life-changing services.
With Mind’s latest research revealing that more than 60% of adults and over two thirds of young people (68%) felt their mental health deteriorated during the coronavirus pandemic and lockdown, encouraging conversations around our own mental health and that of others and raising vital funds to support Mind’s services has never been more important.

As well as a symbol of support for better mental health in football, the On Your Side badges can also be a symbol to fellow fans that you are open to talk about mental health and you can #haveyourmatesback if they need to speak to someone about how they are feeling.
