COVID GAMES: Ticket Collection & Stadium Entry

Ticket Collections

+ Transfer of tickets is NOT permitted. You may be asked for proof of ID.

+ Tickets purchased for any area of the ground will be available to collect from the west stand ticket office on the day of the game until 90 minutes before kick off. 90 minutes before kick off, Pioneer Stand and Warwick Road End tickets will be available from the Pioneer ticket office. 

+ Entry to the stadium is from one-and-a-half hours before kick off on match day.

+ Please collect your tickets as early as possible as we expect our collection points to be very busy in the lead up to kick-off. Please remember to observe social distancing guidelines when collecting your ticket.

Stadium entry - Paddock

+ Please give yourself as much time as possible to enter the ground – there will be socially distanced queues, please arrive in good time – the closer to kick-off you arrive, the more likely it is that you will be late into the ground.

+ If you have a ticket for Zone 1 - 11 in the Paddock, please enter via the Paddock South turnstiles next to the Paddock Ticket Office.

+ If you have a ticket for Zone 12 - 18 in the Paddock, please enter via the Paddock North turnstiles (Waterworks End of the stadium).

+ Please be aware - fans in some Paddock Zones may have a restricted view due to temporary dug-outs which are required for social distancing. This will only apply to fans standing at the front of this area, please stand back towards the first barrier in this section. If you are unhappy, speak to a steward and they will move you to a suitable position.

+ There is a one-way system in operation within the Paddock. When you enter, please follow the floor arrows and go to the front of the Paddock. Then walk along the front until you reach you allocated block.

+ Once you reach your block, go up the stairs and into your zone.

+ When exiting the Paddock, please go to the back of the stand and follow the arrows – you MUST leave via the same end you entered.

+ You MUST stand in your allocated zone – there is no movement between zones allowed.

+ Only leave your zone to either exit the stadium or use the toilet facilities – please minimise movement as much as possible, especially at half time.

+ YOU MUST wear a face covering at all times.

+ Please maintain social distancing and ensure you are wearing a face covering when going to, queuing for, and inside the toilets.

Stadium entry - Pioneer Stand

+ Please give yourself as much time as possible to enter the ground – there will be socially distanced queues, please arrive in good time – the closer to kick-off you arrive, the more likely it is that you will be late into the ground.

+Remember, there are no catering facilities available in the Pioneer Stand.

+ All fans with tickets for any area of the Pioneer Stand must enter via the Pioneer Stand entrance on Warwick Road – please do not enter via the Blues Store and walk around the stadium.

+ There is a one-way system in place on the road outside the Pioneer Stand – please follow the floor arrows.

+ If you have a ticket for either section 6, 7 or 8 of the Pioneer Stand, please enter via the usual turnstiles at the south end of the Pioneer Stand.

+ If you have a ticket for either section 3, 4 or 5 of the Pioneer Stand, please enter via the away turnstiles at the north end of the Pioneer Stand.

+ When exiting your seat after the match, please follow the arrows and signage and listen to directions from the stewards – and exit by your same point of entry.

+ You MUST wear a face covering at all times.

+ There will be no formal holdbacks for fans at the end of the match, please exit in an orderly fashion and maintain social distancing.

+ Please maintain social distancing and ensure you are wearing a face covering when going to, queuing for, and inside the toilets.

Stadium entry - Warwick Road End

+ Please give yourself as much time as possible to enter the ground – there will be socially distanced queues, please arrive in good time – the closer to kick-off you arrive, the more likely it is that you will be late into the ground.

+ All WRE fans, whichever zone your ticket is for, need to enter via the usual turnstiles at the south end of the Pioneer Stand.

+ There is a one-way system within the Warwick.

+ When you enter, please follow the floor arrows and go to the back of the stand before walking along the back until you reach your allocated zone.

+ Once you reach your zone, go down the stairs and into your zone.

+ When exiting, please go to the front of the stand and follow the floor arrows to the exit.

+ If you are in Zone 1 – 8, you MUST exit to the right towards the Pioneer Stand.

+ If you are in Zone 9 – 16, you MUST exit to the left towards the Paddock.

+ YOU MUST wear a face covering at all times.

+ Please maintain social distancing and ensure you are wearing a face covering when going to, queuing for, and inside the toilets.

Stadium entry - West Stand

+ Please give yourself as much time as possible to enter the ground – there will be socially distanced queues, please arrive in good time – the closer to kick-off you arrive, the more likely it is that you will be late into the ground.

+ If you are on foot, please enter via the Blues Store or Rugby Club entrances – do not enter via Stony Holme if you are walking to the ground.

+ Entry will be via the normal stand stairs for the relevant stand.

+ If there is a queue on the stairs, you can wait outside the stadium in the West Stand car park (please keep to the left and do not queue on the stairs).

+ When exiting your seat after the match, please follow the floor arrows and signage and listen to directions from the stewards.

+ There will be no formal holdbacks for fans, please exit in an orderly fashion and maintain social distancing.

+ Please maintain social distancing and ensure you are wearing a face covering when going to, queuing for, and inside the toilets.
