A gallery of images as the lads return for pre-season

The players were in the gym on the first day of pre-season as they completed various tests with strength and conditioning coach Dave Waldie before the football work starts tomorrow.
The calf and ankle capacity of each player was measured before the lads had to complete a groin and hamstring squeeze. The final test was a single and triple hop to measure power.
