New strength and conditioning coach Dave Waldie started Thursday's training session with a mobility session in the Neil Centre before the lads went out onto the training pitch at Brunton Park.
The gaffer concentrated on team shape in preparation for the Newport game before a competitive finishing session completed the day's work.
